Why People Love to Learn Calligraphy These Classes

“Alicia ran the local Sip & Script class I recently attended. She was a very good instructor and personable. I’d definitely work with her again!”

Students leave feeling relaxed, inspired, and proud of their new skill. During class I often hear how meditative calligraphy feels, and I agree! It’s also exciting to take your supplies home and keep practicing or even start using your new skill on cards, envelopes, or wedding projects.

“My mom and I attended a Sip & Script class and had a great time. Alicia was patient with us beginners, and we left with great materials and tools to bring home.”

Learn Calligraphy & Keep Practicing After Class

Calligraphy is like any art form: the more you practice, the better you’ll get. In class I share lots of tips to make practice fun, from seasonal drills to free printable lettering worksheets on the Sip & Script site. You can also try new nibs, colorful inks, or even mix your own colors at home. Check out all the supplies we use and extra ones I recommend here!
