When you’re planning when to send out your stationery the date ranges above are great to keep in mind so you do not miss anything important. But as with anything there are always exceptions so be sure to work with your planner or stationer to fit your specific needs. Especially the RSVP date which you definitely want to coordinate with your vendors like the caterers and venue based on when they need final guest counts. The RSVP date will also impact your day of wedding designs like escort cards so be sure to give your stationer as much time as possible to create the pieces.

Now that you know the general timing of your stationery you can see exactly when to complete each task based on your own wedding month!
