Simple Breakdown of Your Wedding Invitation Suite
As soon as you start wedding planning you might think of the dress, the venue, and so on. But one of the first things you need to think about is the wedding invitation suite. It may get overlooked sometimes but I promise you it’s worth it to include at the beginning since this is the way you invite your guests to your wedding! Plus it gives your guests a peak at the vibe your wedding will have. There are a few major parts to the suite that you should plan to include: the main invite card, the details card, the RSVP card, and the envelope. When you package all of these together you get a suite that will give your guests all the information they need, or at least a way to get to all the info!

Main Invite
The main invite is the bread and butter of your wedding invitation suite. This includes the main details, hence the name! Most importantly it will have the couple’s name plus when and where the wedding is. What it does not have is all of the intricate details since those are reserved for additional pieces in the suite or for your wedding website. Details Card
The details card is where you can fit some additional details for your guests so they know all of the pertinent information. This card can be as simple as the wedding website address where the information lives if you want. Or you can include a breakdown of the weekend events, addresses, timing, etc. You can also take this card up a notch by including an illustrated map with even locations! RSVP Card
The RSVP card is super important to include since almost every wedding needs to have an accurate guest count. Whether you include this as something that needs mailed back to you or it has details on how to RSVP another way, you don’t want to skip this part!
Envelope
You may not have thought about the envelope as part of the suite but it’s as important because it contains everything to be mailed. For your suite you usually only need one envelope, but you can do an outer and inner envelope combo if you need something more formal.
